How is President Trump going to accomplish his immigration reforms and deportation goals with limited judicial resources?
The administration is expected to get the Republican-dominated Congress to take more money away from the benefit side, as well as from education and other federal programs. For example, Trump perhaps could reduce the budget of the EPA that can be put it into hiring and training a larger police force.
The problem then is it slows down the benefit side. We are already seeing an increase in processing times for people who are legally applying for green cards and/or naturalization.
