It depends on the country of which you, as the owner, are a native. Citizens of some countries will always get a five-year visa, citizens of others will get two years. The length of E-2 visa validity depends more on the country of citizenship of the investor or employee. When you enter the U.S. on your E-2 visa, regardless of how much time is left on it, you are usually given a two-year stay.

The TN nonimmigrant classification allows qualified Canadian and Mexican citizens to enter the U.S. and engage in professional business activities.
