Q: Is there an upper limit to how long they can have an L-1 Visa?
A: Yes. As with the H-1B’s there is a limit on L’s. L-1A’s are allowed 7 years total. L-1B’s are allowed 5 years total.

The TN nonimmigrant classification allows qualified Canadian and Mexican citizens to enter the U.S. and engage in professional business activities.
