Ms. Gandara’s practice concentrates on representing clients on all aspects of U.S. immigration, including asylum, nonimmigrant & immigrant visas, adjustment of status, waivers, and naturalization. Ms. Gandara also has extensive experience representing clients at immigration hearings and USCIS interviews.
As a daughter of Mexican immigrants, Ms. Gandara has always been passionate about helping individuals who seek better opportunities in the U.S. Ms. Gandara was born and raised in Southern California. She began her law career in 2012, after graduating from law school and passing the California Bar Exam. In 2014, she moved to New York, where she focused her practice to immigration and naturalization law. She currently works remotely from New York.
Ms. Gandara is a member of the State Bar of New York and State Bar of California. She has a JD from Whittier Law School (2012) and a BA from Biola University (2007). Ms. Gandara is fluent in Spanish.
